Thank you for your inquiry about Sunset Acres. We have a group of five cottages overlooking Provincetown and Cape Cod Bay, within a one minute walk to our private sandy beach. Two cottages have three bedrooms and three cottages have two bedrooms. Each cottage is fully furnished and equipped. All have electric kitchens, spacious living rooms, and bathrooms with showers, large bedrooms with twin beds, ample closet space, and electric heat if needed. Blankets are provided, but NO BED LINENS, BATH TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, OR BATHMATS.

Tariff applies to ONE family per cottage. No exceptions
We will make every attempt to accommodate your vacation requests. Please keep in mind that the majority of our clientele are repeat customers that have had 2 & 3 week stays with us for many years. The majority of our reservations are for a two-week period. If you request a one week stay, please be prepared to be flexible as we use one week slots as fill ins. Two week stays take priority over one week stays.
Check-In Time is 3:00 pm on day of arrival and Check-Out time is 10:00am on day of departure. If you arrive early your are more than welcome to use the beach but your cottage will not be ready until 3:00 pm.
On departure day we insist you vacate the cottage by 10:00 am. Once again you are invited to utilize the beach but we need the time to prepare the cottages for the arriving guests who are as anxious to get in to their quarters as you were. We expect that you leave the cottage in the condition it was delivered to you. Repeat customers have left the cottages spotless.
We require a one-third deposit at time of confirmation, and request notification of number of persons in your party at that time. Our operating permit requires that we conform and certify that we did adhere to the following:
Maximum occupancy---4 persons in 2-bedroom cottages---6 persons in 3-bedroom cottages
Cottages #1 & #2 are three bedrooms. Cottages #3, #4, #5 are two bedrooms.
Cottage turn over days #1 on Mon., #2 on Wed., #3 on Tues., #4 on Thurs., #5 on Sat.
NO PETS ON PREMISES OR IN COTTAGES…..NO EXCEPTIONS.
